Mothers cooks begin training process in seeding through the MPPE

More than 72,300 Mother Cooks from the School Feeding Program (PAE) will begin a training process through the Ministry of Popular Power for Education in order to promote planting spaces and the correct handling of food in schools.

In a press release, Héctor Rodríguez stressed that training is necessary to create a seed bank, school gardens and fruit forests to produce products according to the scale of each institution, its needs and its reality.

In the same way, he stated that many of the current problems in boys and girls are associated with health and diet, so he called on mothers cooks to optimize their diet, without sugar, without flour and without processed foods. She highlighted that Cook Mothers are a decisive social force in the development of boys and girls.
