MOVILNET boosted its signal in nine states of the country

During the month of October, MOVILNET improved voice and data services for thousands of customers, through the Base Station Recovery Plan and corrective and preventive maintenance in various regions.

More than 110,000 customers now enjoy optimized services in the states: Portuguesa, Cojedes, Lara and Yaracuy, after maintenance work at various radio base stations, including those in Acarigua, Guanare, Tinaco and San Felipe.

While in the state of Zulia, the structure of the Santa Cruz base station improved, boosting the mobile phone experience for customers. And in Táchira, specifically at the Pueblo Nuevo radio base station, it carried out maintenance work that strengthened the 4GMAX network, benefiting more than 5 thousand customers who are close to the Fair Complex and the Don Jorge Villamizar Exhibition Park.

On the other hand, in Falcón, the Los Medanos station was rehabilitated, which was affected by vandalism. In addition, in Punto Fijo, more than 4,000 customers enjoy optimized coverage thanks to improvements to the Comunidad Cardón station.

The telecommunications company also improved the radio bases in Arichuna (San Fernando) and El Yagual (Achaguas) in Apure, after preventive and corrective maintenance, which guarantees a quality connection to more than 6,000 customers.

In addition, in Amazonas, it boosted the Cerro Caicet radio base stations in Puerto Ayacucho, and Maroa, where it is also the only operator, strengthening services for more than 8,000 customers, in places such as Amparo Acústico, the Melicio Pérez passenger terminal and the Yavita-Maroa highway.
