MP announced the extradition from El Salvador of Richard Urribarri, a member of GEDO El Yiyi

The Attorney General of
the Republic, Tarek William Saab, announced the materialization of the extradition to Venezuela
from El Salvador of Richard Billings Cardozo Urribarri, a
member of the El Yiyi Structured Organized Crime Group (GEDO).
According to
information published by the Public Ministry (MP), this subject is
responsible for the attack carried out against the Tu Finca
Express butcher shop, on February 18, 2023 in Maracaibo, Zulia state, in which one person died and three
others were injured.
The head of the criminal action added that Cardozo was arrested thanks to the red alert requested by the 69th prosecutor's offices with national jurisdiction and 48 in Zulia, for the crimes of: Criminal association, trafficking in arms and ammunition, obstruction of freedom of trade, terrorism, intentional homicide qualified for futile reasons and aggravated extortion.
