MP appoints prosecutor to investigate aggression against Deputy Da Costa by Edmudo González's team

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, announced the appointment of the 9th National Prosecutor to investigate and punish the criminal acts committed by the subjects Anthony Vega and Jhon Álvarez of the extremist party Vente Venezuela against the deputy Inacio Da Costa.

“The Public Ministry appoints the 9th National Prosecutor's Office with competence in matters of homicide, to investigate and punish the criminal acts committed by the subject Anthony Vega and Jhon Álvarez of the extremist party Vente Venezuela,” he wrote from the social network X.

He added that the subjects “assaulted the opposition deputy Inacio Da Costa, who tried to hit him in the jugular and beat him with a bottle of liquor on his head and arms: this while former convict Anthony Vega shouted at his victim: “that he didn't mind killing him since he had just been released from prison.”
