MP charged three PNB with allowing several detainees to escape in Apure

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported the arrest and indictment of three officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).

Through the Instagram account of the Public Ministry (MP), it became known that those accused of the crimes of Delay or Intentional Omission of Functions, Favored Evasion and Agavillation, were identified as Oscar Matute, Wilmer Hernández and Jhonnys Arjona.

The publication highlights that PNB officials, using themselves attached to the Preventive Center for the Protection and Guarantee of the Apprentice in San Fernando, “failed to comply with the necessary Security Measures, evading their responsibilities in the said center, and several prisoners were able to escape.”
