MP charges TikToker Nelson Soto for inciting hatred against Venezuelan migrants

The Public Ministry (MP) reported that the tiktoker Nelson Soto was arrested and charged with the crimes of hate speech and the spread of false news, after arriving in Venezuela on a deportation flight from the United States (USA).

Through his Instagram account, the entity explained that Soto committed these crimes through his Instagram and TikTok social networks, where he dedicated himself to publishing “content inciting hatred against Venezuelans abroad, generating xenophobia and the persecution of referred compatriots”,

The “mediocre influencer” carried out actions similar to those of Leonel Moreno “Leíto Oficial” -also arrested-, whom he defended on several occasions, even calling himself “Leíto's father”.
