This Thursday, March 20, the Public Ministry (MP) issued a statement to reiterate the crimes for which the leaders of Vente Venezuela, Henry Alviárez and Dignora Hernández, are accused of having participated in an assassination attempt against the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
The letter also reiterates the accusation against several of the opponents in asylum at the Embassy of Argentina in Venezuela, Magalli Meda, Pedro Urruchurtu, Humberto Villalobos and Jesús González.
In the brief, the Prosecutor's Office assures that “one year after the assassination attempt against the President and the dismantling of the criminal operation Gran Alianza Territorial, orchestrated by the criminal organization Vente Venezuela, the logistical and operational responsibility of citizens Henry Alviárez and Dignora Hernández was established.”
They claim that the opponents “provided terrorist groups with resources to attempt simultaneous attacks on military installations and street actions, creating destabilization in the country in order to obtain the authorization of their leader, María Corina Machado.”

One year after the assassination attempt against the President and the dismantling of the criminal operation Grand Territorial Alliance*
On the occasion of one year since the mercenary operation called Gran Alianza Territorial was dismantled, orchestrated by the criminal organization Vente Venezuela, whose purpose was to produce street actions to subvert the established order, coordinating and financing the entry into Cucuta of a group of terrorists to attack the President of the Republic and the highest authorities of the nation, the Public Ministry reports:
Through the investigative work carried out for the dismantling of this criminal operation, the logistical and operational responsibility of citizens Henry Alviárez and Dignora Hernández was established, who provided these terrorist groups with resources to attempt simultaneous attacks on military installations and street actions generating destabilization in the country to achieve the authorization of their leader, María Corina Machado.
Strong evidence was collected against these people that prove their responsibility, including reports from their accomplices who narrate the circumstances of time, mode and place in which they intended to carry out the phases of that failed criminal operation, and are therefore in detention and in the trial phase for the crimes of Conspiracy, Money Laundering and Association.
In this same plot, an arrest warrant was issued against others involved: Pedro Urruchurtu, Magalli Meda, Humberto Villalobos and Jesús González, who, upon realizing the arrest of their accomplices Alviárez and Hernández, fled to the Argentine embassy, the diplomatic headquarters of a country that is enemy of democracy and violator of human rights, which is actively participating in the campaign to destabilize Venezuelan institutions.
The Venezuelan Public Ministry reiterates its commitment to justice in these cases in which the perpetrators of atrocious acts intend to flee cowardly so as not to be prosecuted for their responsibility in criminal actions; all for the sake of faithful fulfillment of our duty to be guarantors of national security and independence and to make peace prevail for the Venezuelan family.
Caracas, March 20, 2025.
