MPPEE and CORPOELEC denounce a new act of sabotage against the SEN in Aragua

The Ministry of Popular Power for Electric Energy (MPPE) and the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC), through a statement, inform the Venezuelan people about a new act of sabotage against the National Electric System (SEN), which affected four 230 kV towers in the Zamora municipality, Magdaleno sector of the state of Aragua.

In the statement, published by the ministerial body on its account on the social network Instagram, it states that immediately the CORPOELEC technicians “were deployed to address the situation and restore as soon as possible the power supply interrupted by this criminal maneuver”.

The letter highlights that the respective coordinations were established with the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, in order to initiate investigations and locate those responsible for this crime.
