The
National Bicentennial Reading Plan continues to promote access to reading
through a digital library that brings together titles of historical,
educational and cultural interest aimed at children, young people and adults, with the purpose of
strengthening training and creation processes.
Users can download the works for free by accessing the
official platform of the Simon Bolivar Study Center, where the
digital catalog is available.
In addition,
the Ministry of Popular Power for Communication and Information enabled a QR code
on its official Telegram channel that allows
direct access to the Bicentennial Library of the Panamanian Amphictyonic Congress.
This editorial initiative is the result of joint work between the Simon Bolivar Study Center and the Popular Power Ministries for Communication and Information, Culture, Education, Science and Technology, Relations and Foreign Trade, as well as the Office of the President, with the objective of expanding access to knowledge and promoting the habit of reading throughout the country.
