National Community Electoral Commission: First Two Thousand Projects Will Receive Immediate Funding

The member of the National Community Electoral Commission, Carolina Arellano, this Sunday, April 27, at night, reaffirmed the success of the second National Popular Consultation 2025, due to the participation of the Venezuelan people, who were deployed to choose projects for the benefit of their communities.

“The community and the People's Power won. We continue to strengthen participatory and proactive democracy throughout the national territory,” he said.

He reported that resources will be immediately transferred to the first 2,000 community projects, “this is pleasant news for all of us, who have participated in this glorious event.”

Arellano thanked “all those victorious people who today went to the polling stations to vote for their proposals, projects and needs.”

“We also congratulate the entire Plan República at the national level for this radio deployment they made in the 24 states, as well as our militiamen, who have been in all the electoral centers since 6:00 in the morning,” he said at the Command Post installed at the headquarters of the Ministry of Popular Power for Communes, Social Movements and Urban Agriculture in Caracas.

He also thanked the National Electoral Council (CNE) for its support throughout the process, “today and the days before, with all the logistics and electoral cotillons.”

Arellano also expressed his gratitude to the national, international and community media for keeping the people informed about the development of the electoral process.
