National Community Electoral Commission: There is a high participation of the People in the II National Popular Consultation 2025

This Sunday, Carolina Arellano, a member of the National Community Electoral Commission, gave an assessment during a press conference on the development of the II National Popular Consultation that is taking place throughout the country.

Arellano emphasized the high participation of the People in the national territory, highlighting the commitment of Venezuelans and Venezuelans.

“A high participation where the extraordinary became the everyday thing, we have noticed a cheerful people, a people with a lot of wisdom, a people exercising their right to participation and leadership as is the proposal of the projects we are now,” he emphasized.

In addition, he indicated that despite some incidents of rain in the states of Zulia and Trujillo, the people of these regions have come out to vote, “demonstrating their determination and enthusiasm to be part of this democratic process,” he said.

He recalled one year after the first National Popular Consultation held in April 2024, 5,200 projects have been executed, representing 98% of compliance with works at the national level.

Arellano invited all citizens to continue actively on this historic day while stressing that popular power is the engine of social transformation in Venezuela.
