National Executive delivers modern rehabilitated CDI in Guatire

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, delivered this Wednesday the renovation work of the Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) of the El Ingenio sector, in Guatire, Zamora municipality, a project that was presented and approved by the community organized in the Popular Consultation, prioritized by the 1x10 of Good Governance and executed by the Military Community Brigades (BRICOMILES).

“Today I am delivering the CDI package for Guatire, congratulations to the good people of the Zamora municipality,” announced the Head of State during a live broadcast from the Bolivarian National Educational Unit “Miguel Otero Silva”.

For her part, the Minister for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, indicated that this CDI manages and provides care to about 90,000 inhabitants of the area and its surroundings, and it has the services of internal medicine, pediatrics, immunization, x-rays, observation area, triage, preventive medicine such as workshops, educational sessions and all the care that can be given to our older adults and people with disabilities, health personnel are also willing to attend in the rooms of rehabilitation with the doctors of the Cuban Medical Mission.

The also Sectorial Vice President of Science, Technology, Education and Health, specified that the El Ingenio sector is “a point and circle that brings together 98 communities and more than 90,000 inhabitants”, who today “are going to enjoy their CDI and their SRI (Integral Rehabilitation Room) recovered, thanks to the 1x10 of Good Governance”.

The Head of State emphasized that the creation of BRICOMILES has been a tool that has provided answers to the rehabilitation of health centers.

“The Bolivarian Government, despite the Economic Blockade, promoted by the oligarchy and the surnames supported by the United States, continues to make progress in the social welfare of those most in need, an effort that it has been assuming through social programs such as the 1×10 of Good Government, the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, Humanized Childbirth, among others,” he said.
