National Government announces the immediate release of detainees for actions against the State

The National Government began the release of a group of people who remained in detention for their participation in different acts against the Venezuelan State, said the president of the National Assembly, deputy Jorge Rodríguez.

In statements offered from the Federal Legislative Palace, Rodríguez pointed out that the releases are taking place right now and are part of the efforts that all Venezuelans must make for national union and peaceful coexistence.

“Consider this gesture of the Bolivarian Government, with a broad intention in the search for peace, as the contribution that all of us must make to ensure that our Republic continues its peaceful life and in search of prosperity,” said the Head of the Dialogue and Peace Processes.

In this regard, the president of the Legislative Branch assured that this action is a unilateral gesture on the part of the Government to seek peace and national agreement.
