National Government Denounces Fake News Campaign Against President-in-Charge

“We categorically denounce the accumulation of false and malicious news against President (E) Delcy Rodríguez, to pave a path that justifies aggression against her physical and moral integrity,” the official Miraflores Al Momento website announced this Tuesday, January 20.

The message responds to the detection of a new publication of fake news, this time from a Colombian media outlet.

The Venezuelan website warns that the media scoundrel, financed with foreign power dollars, invents supposedly “confidential” information that clearly aims to create a fabric of doubts, uncertainty and anxiety in unwary readers.

After the criminal military attack of the United States against Venezuela together with the kidnapping of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, which constitute an open and blatant violation of all international legal regulations, communication platforms are now trying to implant the false idea of alleged actions, decisions or irregular events directly against the Venezuelan President in Charge.
