National government guarantees safe return of seasonal workers in Carnival 2026

Security personnel are deployed in the state of La Guaira and other states of the country to verify the safe return of all the tourists in these Carnivals 2026.

Oversight was carried out by the director general of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), Douglas Rico, who stated that “the operability of our officials is guaranteed to begin the safe and peaceful return of our population.”

He also explained that the coastline had a wide variety of beaches suitable for the enjoyment of all vacationers, so he urges everyone to continue with the responsible attitude and preservation of spaces that characterizes the Venezuelan people.

He said that security bodies will continue to be deployed in the national territory, to provide a safe return of citizenship, who take advantage of these seasons to vacation and share with the family, not before inviting them to report if they have been victims of any act.

Among the activities to promote safe and conscious mobility of the “Safe Carnival 2026", road classrooms were also installed, located at strategic points along the main roads, trunk roads, tolls and tourist destinations, aimed at reducing accidents and strengthening public awareness of shared responsibility on the country's roads.
