The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation (MPPT), completed the recovery of the first three kilometers of Boyacá Avenue, known as the “Cota Mil”, as part of a comprehensive road rehabilitation plan implemented during the Holy Week holidays.

Taking advantage of the low traffic, the work crews intensified their paving work, achieving the installation of more than 3,000 tons of asphalt.

These actions, carried out after seven consecutive days of night deployment, seek to ensure safe mobility for users of this road artery.

In this regard, the Minister of Transport, Jacqueline Fanía, supervised the progress and stressed that the work responds to the guidelines of the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, and the project involves the total intervention of 13 kilometers in one direction of the highway.

Faria emphasized that the tasks are not limited to asphalting, but that they include a comprehensive approach: Renewal of road signs; cleaning and preventive maintenance of drainage systems before the rainy season approaches; maintenance of adjacent areas and mobility for the holiday season.

With this deployment, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its commitment to the modernization of Caracas's road infrastructure, providing a highly durable surface ready for daily traffic flow.
