During the opening ceremony, Minister Magaly Gutiérrez said: “here at the Holy Ana Motherhood, these quotas will guarantee to save the life of the newborn; we are working around the clock 365 days a year, 7 days a week to guarantee decent care for our people; you can count on this committed health team, women and men in this beautiful motherhood”.
