National President asks the Communal Power to establish the number of electoral centers for 23N

President Nicolás Maduro, during a working day from Petare in Miranda state, asked to deconcentrate the electoral centers for the next elections on November 23, according to the instructions of the Communal Power.

“At this stage, we are resuming the construction of a new electoral system. We have the experience and the dynamics that require it, in the assemblies that are going to be held, soon, for the Popular Consultation of November 23, it is good to propose which Electoral Centers will be used in this consultation, what the community actually needs,” stressed the Head of State.

In this regard, the national president reiterated that the new Electoral System must be built by the communal bases from November 23 onwards.
