National President inaugurates Didactic Center for Teaching Science in La Guaira

This Wednesday, April 10, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, inaugurated the first Didactic Center for Teaching Science at the Gran Base de Misiones on Soublette Avenue, La Guaira state.

During the launch of the Great Science, Technology and Innovation Mission, the Head of State specified that this space is constituted from a comprehensive vision for the mass care of children and young people who develop an interest in scientific, technological and engineering development from an early age.

For his part, José Alejandro Terán, governor of the entity, stressed that the center is qualified to hold Olympics in mathematics, physics, robotics, artificial intelligence, among other areas. “The educational center was remodeled and suitable for training scientific hotbeds in the state, it has a laboratory for robotics, electronics, chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics and an Infocenter,
” he explained.
