National President: Today humanity is bigger in the economy than only the United States

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed this Tuesday that in the last 50 years a world “far beyond US hegemonism” has emerged.

During the launch of the Telecommunications Engine and New Technologies, the Head of State emphasized that “if in any aspect of technological, commercial, economic and even monetary life, the world we are living in today 2025 is a multipolar, pluricentric, multipolar world in the economic aspect”.

He stressed that “today humanity is bigger in the economy, more important in the economy than just the United States of America. There is a new world, to which we belong, we have belonged to and, as I said, we will belong forever. How will the events unfold? We'll see. What will happen to one and the other? We'll see,” he said.

In this regard, the President reiterated that “thanks to the national effort of all of Venezuela, thanks to the vision we have had of the plan, the team, the dialogue, the National Economic Council, Venezuela has its own economic model, its own engines to face this new stage of the economy of humanity and to be able to move forward, succeed.”
