National Surgical Plan advances in patient care in the state of Zulia

Through the National Surgical Plan, carried out by the Ministry of Popular Power for Health in coordination with the government of the state of Zulia, 4,772 patients have been treated in the last four months.

The record number was reached between the months of June and October 2025 and the beneficiaries were selected through the VENAPP application of the 1×10 Good Governance system.

According to regional press reports, patients also attended services from street governments and community days. The conference is held continuously at the Zulia Health Care Centers (SEDEZUL).
