National Tourism Plan strengthens strategies for the development of this sector in Falcón

Representatives of the tourism sector
held a working meeting with the purpose of defining new
strategies for strengthening tourism potential in Falcón, as
part of the National Tourism Strategic Plan.
Through the Instagram social network, the
National Tourism Institute (INATUR) specified that during the meeting, proposals to consolidate tourism activity in the region
were discussed and evaluated; the
participants highlighted the importance of a well-structured schedule to implement innovative initiatives, in line with the plans
established by the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez.
He also indicated that planning seeks
to integrate the state's natural, historical and cultural resources into a framework
of sustainability. At the same time, he stressed that these actions are aimed at
strengthening the regional economy and positioning the state as a
tourist reference at the national and international levels.
The meeting was attended by the Executive Director of the National Tourism Institute (INATUR), José Ángel Perdomo, the manager of the State Unit, Yves Marcano, and the state's Secretary of Tourism, Jorge Haskour, among others.
