Nearly 22,000 dead have been left behind Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip

The Ministry of Health of the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the death toll in attacks carried out by the Israeli occupying Army increased by 156 in the last 24 hours, reaching 21,978, and the number of injured increased to 57,697.

According to these figures replicated by Telesur, Israeli forces have killed at least 181 women and children a day in the Gaza Strip since October 7, as 9,100 children and 6,500 women lost their lives in Zionist attacks for 86 days.

The statement reported that about seven thousand people, 70 percent of whom were women and children, are under the rubble or missing, and it was recalled that the number of deaths who arrived at hospitals was 21,822 and 56,451 people were injured.

The statement, which also included violations against the health sector, stated that Israeli forces killed 312 health workers and 40 civil defense officers. According to the statement, 106 journalists lost their lives in Israeli attacks.

Israeli forces arrested 99 health workers and 10 journalists, and 1.8 million people were displaced in the Gaza Strip, with a population of 2.3 million.

355,000 cases of infectious diseases were detected in overpopulated centers where displaced Palestinians were staying.
