New governor Marisel Velásquez: In Nueva Esparta we will build an inclusive government

The governor of the state of Nueva Esparta, Marisel Velásquez Millán, called for the construction of a government of regional unity to strengthen the sense of belonging of the Neo-Spartans and the development of the insular region.

“Our lives are the island of Margarita, Coche and Cubagua, so I accept the challenge convinced that we are all Nueva Esparta, so we will create an inclusive government with a sense of belonging that will allow us to achieve the goals and objectives set out in the electoral campaign,” emphasized the regional president during her swearing-in speech.

It should be noted that the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and the First Lady, Cilia Flores, appeared this Tuesday, June 3, at the inauguration of Velásquez.
