The American newspaper comments that over the past few months, President Trump has deployed an impressive military force in the Caribbean to threaten Venezuela. “Until now, the president had used that force — an aircraft carrier, at least seven other warships, dozens of aircraft and 15,000 U.S. soldiers — to carry out illegal attacks against small vessels that, he said, were carrying drugs,” they say.
