The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Monday the strength of the People who defeated fascism in the presidential elections of this July 28, in which he was re-elected to office for a new term (2025-31)

“Overcoming fascism, demons, demons, with the strength of Christ, Bolivar and Chávez, is a historic test and our people have done it again, our people have done it again,” said the head of state from the National Electoral Council (CNE), after being proclaimed Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

In this sense, he received the credential from the Electoral Power, which “has issued an opinion that I receive with humility, because I am a worker, that is what my surnames and imperialism do not forgive me, with the humility of a worker, an ordinary man and I say: I am Nicolás Maduro Moros and I assume the mandate of the People to be its president and bring our country to peace and prosperity, to national union, through dialogue, and to make irreversible, like this result, to make peace, equality, irreversible national independence, the dignity of a country that is reversible and great Venezuela”.
