Diosdado Cabello Rondón revealed an attempted fraud by Cardinal Baltazar Porras with the purchase of a house in the city of Caracas.

In his Con El Mazo Dando program this Wednesday, he explained that “two weeks ago I said that Baltazar Porras was buying a house somewhere in Caracas”, at which point he also showed the aforementioned purchase-sale document.

He explained that the protocol sheet details that the building has 1,982 meters of land. “The sale price is 7 million 500 thousand bolivars for the time being 30 thousand dollars,” he explained while specifying that it is located in El Hatillo.

Two weeks ago, when I filed the complaint, Baltazar Porras changed the buyer, he placed another one, but he was the one who was buying. Why did the buyer change? Why do I say that the house is worth 7,500 dollars? He also called the registrar to expedite the sale. What is the hurry? Is she going to get married?” , he questioned.

He specified that “these are only innocent questions like those that any Venezuelan can ask: why the scam?” Why the change of the buyer's name?” However, Cabello said, if a purchase is made to another person, it must be made for the amount that is in that document ($7,500). “The thing is that they put a price on a piece of paper and they are fixed out of the register, making a scam against the country. Could it be that the cardinal will live in that house with...? , Who is that lady..?”

“He's getting married (...) The lady's name is Maria. Who is María, Baltazar?” , he asked while urging him to “clarify his issues and stop defrauding the country and tell it who he will live with in that house”.

In that sense, he affirmed that the church hierarchy “has always been like this, they are a political party (...) All of them are bad, they are not men of God: Men of God are the people of Venezuela who are able to sit in prayer”.

He argued that the representatives of this church leadership “are not going to speak out against aggression or any bombing against Venezuela”

“They are stuck together to ask to see if something bad happens in Venezuela, but it won't happen,” he said.
