The Tigres de Aragua team has its coaching staff ready to face the upcoming season of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP). With an outstanding combination of experience and old acquaintances of the organization, the Bengalis officially announced the working group that will accompany manager Miguel Pérez from the bench.

The technical staff will consist of Ramón Hernández as bench coach, Cibney Bello in pitching, Guillermo Moscoso in bullpen, Hensley Meulens in batting and Yorvit Torrealba with receivers. The roster is completed by Víctor Oramas at first base, Russell Vásquez at third base, Ángel Tovar in quality control, in addition to the support of Horacio Estrada and Silverio Navas in the Taxi Squad, the team said on its social networks.

This structure of the coaching staff responds to a comprehensive planning developed by the Aragüeña management, led by Víctor Gárate, which has maintained an intense pace of work during the dead season. As part of these strategic moves to strengthen the team's roster, the board has made key additions, including the return of pitcher Ronnie Williams and the addition of Luis Pacheco, who arrived in the feline cave in exchange from the Margarita Braves.
