“We are going to a great victory next Sunday, the 28th.” This was stated by the Head of State and candidate of the Revolution, Nicolás Maduro, when he arrived at a meeting with the People of Porlamar.

At a new stop on his pilgrimage around the country, as part of the campaign for re-election, the president of the country also added that “I had to come to Margarita and here I am, in the land of the Guaiquerí resistance. I'm Nicolás Maduro Moros, son of Hugo Chávez and I'm going to win the presidential elections in Nueva Esparta, Coche and all over Venezuela.”

The candidate stated that “I am the son of Hugo Chávez and I will win the presidential elections in Margarita, in Coche and throughout Venezuela (...) The libertarian East has only one voice and it is the voice of victory and I tell the entire Venezuelan East that we are going to triumph next Sunday; this is how it is written in the holy book of the pacts. We have fought an exemplary fight to defend what is ours and I tell the right that if they eat the light they will regret it for 200 years”.
