From the state of Nueva Esparta, the Head of State and candidate for the revolutionary forces Nicolás Maduro indicated that next Sunday, July 28, the 1x10x7 must be in the hand of every leader and leader at 5:00am and put Diana Carabobo in every street and community to raise the patriotic revolutionary force of the People.

“At 1:00 in the afternoon, victory must have been certified in each tricolor point and the start of Operation Auction of the 1x10x7 (...) Operation Beating, I call it, and at 10:00pm when the national radio and television channel is called let's go out to celebrate the victory,” said the candidate Maduro from the state of Nueva Esparta on Sunday night, July 21.
