Nueva Esparta welcomes 100 new Russian tourists

The Minister of People's Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, reported that Margarita Island in the state of Nueva Esparta welcomed 100 new Russian tourist citizens.

Through his account on the social network Instagram, he indicated that tourists arrived on a flight from the Venezuelan Consortium of Aeronautical Industries and Air Services, S.A., (CONVIASA), to learn about the tourist benefits offered by the country.

He also noted that to date this important commercial action has a total of 2,296 Russian tourists, in conjunction with the charter operation between Pegas Touristik and Hover Tours.

Recall that on September 8, a total of 455 visitors from Moscow landed at the Santiago Mariño Caribbean International Airport, as part of the charter operation organized by the Russian tour operator Pegas Touristik and its Venezuelan counterpart, Hover Tours.
