Obratón transforms communities in Monagas, Carabobo and Portuguesa

On a new day in Obratón that toured organized communities, different states materialized the dreams approved in the National Popular Consultation.

These simultaneous deliveries demonstrate the efficiency of self-government to carry out works and thus consolidate social welfare under the direct management of the people.

Carabobo

In the Miranda municipality of Carabobo state, the community celebrated the launch of the “Monte Sinai” water well, a project that guarantees vital supplies for more than 700 inhabitants.

Yenni Villena, community leader, expressed with emotion: “This was a project through the sixth consultation of 2025; today this project is a reality. Thanks to our president Nicolás Maduro, even though they have him kidnapped, but the Popular Power is here, the love of the people is unquestionable.”

At the same time, community youth received tools for a sewing and printing workshop, to strengthen the region's textile production capacity.

Monagas

As part of this deployment of works, in the El Rincón Commune of Monagas state, the Virgen del Valle Infocenter was inaugurated. This space, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, was the result of the Popular Youth Consultation.

Dinelvys Hernández, an Infocentro worker, stressed: “This project came to us with a lot of emotion, for us it was a dream, today it is a reality, which allows us to strengthen knowledge and expand the technological topic.” He also thanked the Bolivarian Government for trusting in youth potential to lead these changes.

Portuguesa

The Obratón arrived in the Portuguese state, where the People's Power successfully completed the rehabilitation of the popular consultation of Gato Negro. This work represents a crucial step forward for the local public health network, ensuring decent and free health care for the entire community.
