Official! Lipso Nava is the new manager of Leones del Caracas

The board of
directors of the Caracas Lions made official the appointment of Lipso Nava as
manager of the haired team for the 2026-2027 season of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP).
Through
a statement published on their social networks, they welcomed the
Zuliano strategist, who was part of the haired technical staff for three campaigns, from 2021 to 2024, working as a banking coach.
Previously,
Navas was in charge of the Aguilas del Zulia and was part of the Italian coaching staff
, a team that went on to play in the semifinal of the previous edition of the World Baseball Classic.
In addition, it has in its windows two awards for Manager of the Year
at the LVBP, won in the 2016-2017 seasons and
recently in the 2024-2025 seasons, both at the helm of the raptors.
