Operation Caracas Smile was deployed in the Cathedral parish

Operation Caracas Smile is currently underway in the Cathedral parish, in Plaza El Venezolano as part of the 7 Transformations, Mayor Carmen Meléndez said.

“This is the 32nd deployment of the operation, which this time is serving 6,263 inhabitants, grouped into 2,368 families,” he said.

The activity was carried out in coordination with the communities of Cacique Guaicaipura 2021 and Herencia Histórico Catedral, which form 10 communal councils.

During the assembly, issues related to the conditions of the parish and the needs expressed by the community were addressed. Proposals aimed at improving the quality of life were discussed.

“We have been working for 41 days in this second round, and since the beginning of the operation we have attended 675 community councils,” he said.
