Palestinian intellectuals and academics condemn kidnapping of Venezuelan presidential couple

The ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the State of Palestine, Maher Taha, recently met with a group of intellectuals and jurists, who expressed their condemnation of the illegal actions of the United States (USA) against President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores, and delivered a letter of solidarity.

Ambassador Taha explained the current situation in Venezuela and the foreign aggression operation that led to the kidnapping of the presidential couple.

In addition, the head of mission received Imad Abukishek, president of the University of Jerusalem, at the diplomatic headquarters, who expressed his solidarity with the Venezuelan people and condemned the kidnapping of President Maduro and his wife.

Taha detailed during the meeting the events that have occurred in Venezuela since the foreign aggression of last January 3.
