“Pedal for Venezuela” will bring together 700 cyclists this Sunday

A total of 700 cyclists will participate this Sunday, August 30, in the Pedalea por Venezuela charity day, which will cover 120 kilometers from Los Próceres to the Virgen del Carmen Monument in Higuerote, in support of those affected by the double earthquake of last June 24.

The activity will begin at 6:30 in the morning in the monoliths of Los Próceres, where participants will head east along Los Ilustres Avenue to the Manuel Díaz Rodríguez crossing, to join the highway via the Valle-Coche ramp. From there, the platoon will advance along Troncal 9 and Guarenas-Guatire Intercommunal Avenue until it takes Troncal 12, leaving for the highway and then passing through Bicentenario Avenue to the finish line in Higuerote, according to a note published by VTV.

The organizers emphasized that the route symbolizes the union of sport with solidarity, while calling on the population to join the event.
