Plan Cayapa Heroica evaluated the operation of tomographs at a health center in La Guaira

The technical team of Plan Cayapa Heroica visited the facilities of the High Technology Diagnostic Medical Center 10 de Marzo, located in the Carlos Soublette parish of the state of La Guaira, with the objective of reviewing and diagnosing tomographs and making them available to the population affected by the double earthquake of last June 24.

The president of the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE) in the state of La Guaira, Jiraleiska Hernández Castellanos, indicated that this day of specialized technical care included experts who carried out revision, diagnosis and corrective maintenance of the health center's tomograph, with the objective of quickly rehabilitating this medical equipment, vital for the care of the inhabitants.

The spokeswoman, according to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), stressed that these actions seek to guarantee the operability of health services and provide timely answers for medical diagnosis in the region, in accordance with the direct care policies promoted by the Bolivarian Government and the Ministry of Science and Technology for the benefit of public health.

He also mentioned that science and technology are put at the service of the people at critical moments, reaffirming the commitment of professionals in the technological area to the well-being of citizens.
