Plan Cayapa Heroica optimized equipment at the Misión Sonrisa Dental Center in Sucre

A multidisciplinary team of eight specialists from the Cayapa Heroica National Plan optimized and repaired the medical equipment of the Misión Sonrisa Dental Center, located in the Sucre municipality, on a day aimed at ensuring the continuity and quality of oral health services for the population.

According to a press release, during this technical deployment, coordinated by the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite Sucre), specialized personnel applied corrective maintenance tasks to the clinical devices of the healthcare center.

These actions allowed the immediate operation of a high-priority dental chair, the comprehensive repair of an LED lamp essential for consultations and the diagnostic evaluation of the rest of the institution's specialized clinical furniture.

The brigade members reported that this intervention represents a first phase of approach, providing for the next programs the recovery of the remaining dental chairs until 100% of the operational capacity of the health facility is reached.
