DPD promotes healthy school coexistence with the deployment of the “My High School, My Safe Zone Plan”
The general director of Crime Prevention (DPD) of the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Lusmialit Perdomo, led the “My High School, My Safe Zone Plan” at the Teresa Carreño Educational Unit, located in the Santa Rosalía parish of Caracas.
Perdomo, stressed that this preventive program aims to promote peace in the different educational institutions of the country and to avoid situations that could jeopardize healthy coexistence and the relationships that must prevail between students.
“Children and adolescents are a priority for the Bolivarian Government, led by President Nicolás Maduro Moros,” he said.
He affirmed that both security bodies and preventive institutions support this work, in order to ensure that educational centers continue to be safe places and thus comply with the sacred right to education enshrined in the Bolivarian Constitution.
This initiative benefits more than 12,000 students across the country, promoting healthy coexistence and strengthening safe school environments through coordinated actions with citizen security bodies.
