Plan Venezuela Renace currently serves 18,864 homes

The president of Plan Venezuela Renace, Jacqueline Faria, said that 18,864 homes are currently being rehabilitated, following the double earthquake of last June 24.

According to a publication in the newspaper Últimas Noticias, 15,132 are apartments and 3,732 houses for the benefit of 76,737 people in the states of La Guaira, Capital District, Miranda, Falcón, Aragua, Carabobo and Yaracuy.

With regard to the classification of habitability, he explained that this classification makes it possible to define the intervention in each building and to link it to the situation of the affected families.

“According to the balance sheet presented by the official, 1,815 families have already returned to their homes after completing the recovery work and verifying the living conditions,” the newspaper reported.
