Plaza El Venezolano will be the stage this Sunday for “Caracas Rumba ¡Viva Venezuela!”

The Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland, invites all the people of Caracas to enjoy the great cultural day: “Caracas Resumba ¡Viva Venezuela!” , to celebrate Venezuelan identity, music and traditions in an atmosphere of joy and peace.

The activity will take place this Sunday, December 28, starting at 2:00pm, in Plaza El Venezolano, an emblematic space in the historic center of Caracas, which will be filled with songs, drums and artistic expressions from different regions of the country.

The event will include the participation of prominent and outstanding national cultors, groups and artists, including: Lilia Vera, Iván Pérez Rossi, Luisana Pérez, Héctor Medina, Los Tucusitos, Ensamble B11, Los Antanos del Stadium, Obini Tambor, Fabiola José, Williams Mora, José Delgado, Marta Doudiers, Voces Risueñas de Carayaca, 123 y Fuera, La Guapeña, Francisco Pacheco and his Town.

In addition, Óscar Lista, Vidal Colmenares, Daisy Gutiérrez, Yolman Tenepe, Rucaneo del Mabil, Tamboriprimo, Los Cóndores de la Gaita, Oriana Ramos, Giovanny Palacios, Elena Gil, José Cheo Osta, Drums de San Millán, Raspatón/Merengue Campesino.

The public will also be able to enjoy the group Tradiciones de Venezuela, Gerardo Valentín, Ana Cecilia Loyo, Ali Alejandro Primera, La Parranda Selecta, Grupo Madera, Capital Gaita, Gerónima Muñoz, Berenice del Moral and the Ensamble Viva Venezuela, among many other exponents of our cultural diversity.

The Great Mission promotes community encounter, the enjoyment of traditions and the recognition of cultivators as bearers of the nation's living cultural heritage.

The invitation is open and free for the whole family, on an afternoon that promises Venezuelan music, tradition and sentiment, reaffirming that Venezuela is culture, identity and shared joy.
