The Popular-Military-Police Fusion is deployed in the national territory as part of the Bolivarian Military Shield Exercise 2025, in defense of the country's sovereignty and peace.
These exercises include the participation of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the National Army, the National, Regional and Municipal Police, the Bolivarian Militia, the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN), the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), the Popular Units for Peace (UPPAZ), the Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command ( CONAS), among others.
Since the morning hours of January 22, 2025, maneuvers have been carried out in various regions of the country, and the Integral Defense Management Bodies (ODDI) have been activated, which allow all commanders, police chiefs and heads of management bodies to plan and prepare to ensure the comprehensive defense of the territory.
