President (E) Rodríguez delivers 210 homes recovered in urban planning Ana Victoria de La Guaira

The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, led this Saturday the delivery of 210 completely renovated homes in the Ana Victoria urban development, located in the El Trébol sector of the Carlos Soublette parish, La Guaira state. The day was held within the framework of the Venezuela Renace Plan with the purpose of providing an immediate response to the effects caused by the earthquakes of last June 24.

The technical intervention included the comprehensive restoration of seven buildings that suffered damage to their structures during the seismic event. The tasks carried out included the adaptation to anti-seismic engineering standards, the repair of elevators and hydropneumatic systems, as well as the renovation of electrical and hydrosanitary networks to ensure the safe habitability of buildings.

The rehabilitation work involved the direct participation of 200 workers and 100 community workers, organized through the Commune of El Renacer del Centauro and the Ana Victoria Dos Community Council. This coordinated work between State institutions and organized popular power made it possible to speed up response times and ensure quality finishes in each department.

The Head of State in charge highlighted that the Venezuela Renace Plan is actively deployed in 46 parishes in the country with more than 17,000 interventions under development. Through this social care program, the National Executive plans to benefit more than 77,000 people throughout the territory to guarantee decent and safe housing solutions.
