The President in Charge of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, confirmed having held a telephone conversation with the current President of the United States, Donald Trump, in which they discussed binational issues for the benefit of both peoples.

“Today, I had a long, productive and courteous telephone conversation with the President of the United States, Donald Trump, carried out in a framework of mutual respect, in which we addressed a bilateral work agenda for the benefit of our peoples, as well as pending issues in the relationship between our governments,” said the Venezuelan president through her social network Telegram.
