The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, headed the first council of ministers after the United States bombings that led to the kidnapping in Caracas of President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores de Maduro.

From the Council of Ministers Hall, the 757th Council of Ministers was installed this Sunday, January 5, the first under the leadership of Delcy Rodríguez, in her capacity as President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

This strategic meeting is convened after the ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) issued yesterday, which ruled the immediate continuity of executive command in the face of the temporary absence of President Nicolás Maduro, together with the First Combatant, Cilia Flores, as a result of his kidnapping by the US government.

In this Council of Ministers, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its commitment to National Sovereignty by generating the strategic guidelines necessary to guarantee citizen peace and the full operation of the State.
