President in charge Delcy Rodríguez paid tribute to Commander Hugo Chávez

This Monday, January 5, the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, attended the 4F Mountain Barracks, where she paid tribute to the Eternal Leader and Commander of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez Frías.
Upon arrival at the historic site, the president in charge began a solemn tour of the Bosque de Banderas, a space that pays tribute to Latin American and Caribbean union.
After picking up a floral offering at the entrance of the barracks, he went to the monument known as “The Flower of the Four Elements”, the work of the architect Fruto Vivas, where the remains of the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution rest.
During the tribute, she was accompanied by Jorge Rodríguez, president of the National Assembly (AN); Gustavo González López, the Minister of Popular Power of the Office of the Presidency and Monitoring of Government Management, Vice Admiral Anibal Coronado and the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez.
Earlier, President Rodríguez made a solemn visit to the spaces of the General Cemetery of the South, in Caracas, to honor the remains of outstanding leaders and martyrs of the Bolivarian Revolution.
The tour began at the mausoleum of Dr. Jorge Rodríguez Sr., where the president in charge Rodríguez, accompanied by her mother and brother, Jorge Rodríguez, made a floral offering in memory of the socialist leader.
Later, they were moved to the monuments of Professor Aristobulo Istúriz and Eliécer Otaiza Castillo. At each of these points, they placed flowers as a gesture of respect for the planting of these men, whose legacies remain in force in the public and spiritual management of the Bolivarian Government.
This activity marked the close of his first working day after taking a formal oath before the new board of directors of the National Assembly (AN), elected by the Parliament for the corresponding legislative period.
