President Maduro: 100% of polling stations have been installed in the country

The National Electoral Council (CNE) has installed, throughout the country, 100% of the voting stations for the election called for this Sunday, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

After exercising his right to vote, the Head of State emphasized that the tables have been formed in accordance with the provisions of the law and with all the required personnel.

On the other hand, he highlighted the peace that reigned during the electoral campaign prior to the presidential election called for this July 28.

“There was peace, there were no electoral incidents. It was an open free electoral campaign, where everyone said, spoke. The only candidate being persecuted was Nicolás Maduro, persecuted by the world's imperial powers,” he said.

In the same way, he pointed out that peace will triumph in the country during and after the election. “Our mission is to guarantee peace. I called on everyone to vote, so that no one gets involved in our decision. Let's decide in peace and autonomously,” he stressed.
