President Maduro announced the launch of a plan to consolidate the GNB

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, announced the launch of a plan that will redouble support for the consolidation of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).

“All my support to consolidate the GNB in every way. In its operational capacities, attention to its members, its professionals, much more must be done to consolidate the GNB because it has fundamental missions,” he stressed during the commemoration of the 8th and 7th anniversary of the Bolivarian National Guard.

He also stressed that this consolidation must be done hand in hand with the People, the other components of the FANB and the entire Territorial Defensive System.

On the other hand, Maduro called on the country's communicators and the public media to redouble their efforts to publicize all the attacks and aggressions that the men and women of Carrubio have suffered during the acts of violence carried out by the extreme right in recent days.
