President Maduro announced Unified Protection Bond for 5 million working families

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during the delivery of decent housing for the people at the El Gigante Socialist City Urbanism Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, located in the Cayaurima sector, in the state of Bolívar, made announcements about the wage and social protection policy of the Bolivarian Government.

In addition to the increase in the Comprehensive Minimum Income, the head of state announced the creation of a Unified Working Family Protection Bond, aimed at benefiting five million families through the Homeland System and which will take effect on May 1st.

“Despite the sanctions, we have made our efforts and are ready to bring the indexed minimum income to 160 dollars for workers,” said the national president.
