President Maduro announces installation this Tuesday of the Council of State and the Council for the Defense of the Nation

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced that the National Defense Council and the Council of State will be installed this Tuesday in order to draw the lines for national dialogue with all sectors of the country's social, economic and political life.

From the Miraflores Palace, where he was monitoring the development of outbreaks of violence promoted by opposition extremism, the National President emphasized that this dialogue will be between Venezuelans without the participation of foreign governments or institutions.

“Nobody is going to stick their nose into the dialogue in Venezuela, that time has run out, now it's a dialogue between Venezuelans for development, for progress, for peace,” he said.

Regarding the acts of violence that occurred in various parts of the country, he emphasized that justice will be applied against their material and intellectual authors, so he called on the People to be attentive to the complaint.

“A thousand eyes, I ask the people to be attentive, beyond political and partisan colors, peace belongs to all of Venezuela,” he said and ruled that “here there will be justice and there will be peace.”
